Project Highlight: Member Based Organization

Rebuilding Zoho CRM foundations for scale, governance, and transparency

CRM Transformed was engaged to remediate and redesign a poorly implemented Zoho CRM environment for a large member-based organisation operating a community function centre and multiple income streams.

  • Flat, non-scalable Zoho CRM architecture 
  • Incomplete Zoho CRM Organisation configuration 
  • Poor data integrity and lack of mandatory field governance 
  • No visibility into members, volunteers, donors, or project participants 
  • Highly manual email communications with no engagement insights

The Transformation

We re-architected the Zoho CRM environment from the ground up, designing a data model that reflected how the organisation actually operates.   Key outcomes included:  

  • Custom modules supporting members, volunteers, donors, and projects 
  • Real-time contact segmentation based on interrelated records 
  • Clean, structured data enabling meaningful reporting and analytics 
  • Full integration with Zoho Campaigns for compliant, trackable communications 
  • Dashboards providing leadership with visibility across engagement, participation, and donor activity

The Impact
